Menus & Snacks
A child's diet at an early age is important to help them grow and develop in the best way possible which is why my menus and snacks are very healthy and nutritional. Throughout the day we have our lunch at 12pm and our 2 snack times which are at 10am and 3pm and vary from pieces of fruit to pita bread with tasty dips.

I use a 4 weekly menu system which is repeated at the end of the 4th week to give the children a wide range of meals and snacks. This is partnered with seasonal menus which are split into autumn & winter and spring & summer meaning they have lighter foods in the spring and summer and more hearty and warming foods in the autumn and winter.

All lunches are cooked fresh on a daily basis which include my homemade recipes all made from scratch using fresh herbs, spices and ingredients.

Breakfast club is between the hours of 7am - 8am.
I provide a variety of healthy breakfast choices:
Cereal, such as Weetabix and Porridge.
A nutritional carbohydrate such as wholemeal toast.
Milk and a little fruit.

Snacks
As mentioned above we have snack time at 10am and 3pm and consists of a variety of seasonal fruits and a range a nutritional carbohydrates such as crumpets, bagels, pitta bread and so on.

If your child has any dietary needs or allergies I am more than happy to cater for their needs. Please note I do not use ANY raw or fresh meats we get our source of protein from Quorn products.
